Shipping policy

Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email to the email used at check out.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 - 7 business days. Please be mindful that this may increase to 14 business days during busy seasons and launches.

Please be aware that shipping estimation times are from when the order is dispatched and not from when you placed the order.

Please take into account the processing times when viewing the shipping estimations at checkout. These estimations are through a 3rd party APP and calculate the shipping timeframe to your location. They do not take into account the processing timeframe.

Made-to-Order, Pre-Order and Personalized Items have an individual production timeframe. Please view the production description of the individual product for the timeframes.

If your order contains a Made-to-Order, Pre-Order or Personalised Item, your order will ship together when your Made-to-Order, Pre-Order or Personalized Item is ready.
